Spend less time managing the books. Spend more time leading.

Full-charge bookkeeping goes beyond categorizing transactions. We run the day-to-day financial processes behind your church or business and close the books every month, so you always know where you stand.

What’s included

What we take off your plate

Monthly bookkeeping

Categorization, reconciliations, adjustments and a month-end close on a set schedule.

Accounts payable

Bills, vendors, approvals, payment tracking and expense management.

Accounts receivable

Invoicing, customer balances, collections follow-up and payment tracking.

Payroll support

Payroll administration, reporting and workforce coordination alongside your payroll provider.

Financial reporting

Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and management reports leadership can read.

1099 and year-end

Vendor tracking, 1099 preparation and books your CPA can work from without starting over.

Is this you?

Who this is for

If any of these sound familiar, this is the right place to start.

  • You or a staff member are doing the books on the side, and they are always a little behind.
  • Reports arrive late, or you are not sure the numbers in them are right.
  • Your CPA asks for fixes every year before taxes can be filed.
  • You want one monthly close, one set of reports and one person to call.
How it works

What happens next

  1. Discovery call

Twenty minutes on who handles the books today, how current they are, what software you use and what hurts most.

  2. Review and quote

We look at the books with you. If cleanup or catch-up is needed, it is quoted on its own so monthly service starts from accurate numbers.

  3. Onboarding

Secure access to your accounting system, an opening-balance review and a simple checklist for what we need from you each month.

  4. Monthly close and review

We reconcile, close and deliver your reports on schedule, then review them with you so leadership knows what the numbers mean.

Common questions

Before you call

Do you replace our CPA?

No. We keep the books throughout the year so your CPA gets clean, organized records at tax time instead of reconstructing everything.

What software do you work in?

Primarily QuickBooks Online. If you are on QuickBooks Desktop or spreadsheets, we will talk through the right setup on the call.

What does it cost?

Every engagement is quoted to fit. The quote depends on transaction volume, how many accounts and entities you have, how current the books are, and whether payroll, payables or board reporting are included. After the call and your Financial Score we recommend one package with a clear monthly fee, in writing, before anything starts.

How do we send documents?

Through your secure client portal. Please never email tax, Social Security, payroll or banking details.
