Is this you?

Who this is for

If any of these sound familiar, this is the right place to start.

  • You are several months (or years) behind and dread opening the file.
  • A bookkeeper left and nobody is sure what state the books are in.
  • The balance sheet shows numbers nobody can explain.
  • Your CPA has asked for corrections before taxes can be filed.
How it works

What happens next

  1. Tell us where things stand

A short call about how far behind the books are, what software you use and what is driving the deadline.

  2. We look before we quote

Cleanup is quoted on its own after we see the books, so you know the scope and the fee before work begins.

  3. Catch up and correct

We bring every month current, reconcile every account and document the corrections.

  4. Hand off or keep going

You get clean books and a summary for your CPA. Most clients move straight into monthly bookkeeping so it never piles up again.

Common questions

Before you call

How far behind is too far?

There is no such thing. Being behind is the most common reason people call us.

Do we have to keep working with you afterward?

No. Cleanup is its own engagement. Most clients continue with monthly bookkeeping because it is the easiest way to stay current.

Can you work with our CPA?

Yes, and we prefer to. We agree on the opening balances and the corrections with your CPA so nothing is done twice.

What do you need from us?

Access to your accounting file and statements for the period, shared through the secure client portal, never by email.
